On 9 June 2009, many Airtel users got SMS from friends about the 43rs recharge scheme. According to the SMS, Just recharge your Airtel with 43 rupee and you will get lifelong validity + Airtel to Airtel calling @ 10Ps/Min. I was shocked when i received this SMS but i ignored it.
But later, one of my friend SMSed me that he did the recharge and now all his Airtel to Airtel calls are charged with 10Ps/Min and the validity is also increased to 2012. So i decided to take the chance. Last year, Airtel stopped selling Airtel friends cards so it was bit risky to take a chance because no other service provider provides such scheme.
Airtel friends cards provides this scheme
In Happy Hours :
Airtel to Airtel : 10Ps
Airtel to other : 1 RsIn Normal Hours:
All mobile calls : 1 rs
Landline calls : 2.5 rsHappy Hours : 10PM – 8AM & 3PM to 5PM
Group calling 10Ps anytime, Group can have MAX 5 numbers at a time (all 5 must have Airtel friends SIM).
So it was bit risky to loose this plan, but still i decided to do the recharge. and after doing recharge, validity increased to 4th March 2012 and at that time all A2A calls were 10Ps/Min.I also got 39 rupee talktime on that recharge. But on next day every this was usual as friends scheme but validity was 2012 !! Many friends told me that there friends group was broken after doing this recharge, but now groups are also forming (This system was down from many days, and now its working !).
There was no confirmatory information about this plan from any official Airtel executives and even now if we call Airtel customer care center (121) they give different different explanation. Even Airtel official gallery stores dont have any information about such plan.
These recharges were working only on Airtel friends cards, no other cards were getting such benefits from this. I suspect there must be some problem in there system on that day. But dont know what was that.
Such exceptional cases always happen with Airtel, from Free Internet GPRS hacks to Free SMS hacks, all works only on Airtel. !!

hey chetan! can u please tell me how to show ads only on posts not on the home page. i am using easy adsense plugin and it shows ads on the home page too.. i want ads to be shown only on the post not on home page. can u tell me please how to do that. sorry for asking you a ques by commenting. but that was the only way for me to do so.

I know about this .
One of my friend told me about this but at that time I as busy in some other work.
But my mind told me not to do that as it could have been a hoax or temptation from Airtel
Sill my airtel plan of friends is good .
As I don’t call anyone ha ha ha

Ialso recharged with it and I gor validity and talktime instantly. But on the next day, I got call from airtel, it was a recorded message : “Thank you for recharging with rs 43, now you can call ANY airtel ANY TIME @ 10p, and other local mobiles @ 10p inn happy hrs” (3pm-5pm and 10pm-8am). But I didn’t got any of this facility. Regular charges were applied for me on every call I made…

@Chetan, You know I tried that validator to find out how invalid sites are by default, and you might wonder that almost every theme I applied on my dummy site, it gave errors, even it took me an hour to remove all errors just from the homepage(remaining posts and pages still got errors), just imagine, how tedious it would be to remove errors that crept in soon after we add some plugins or with some posts in which we just forgot to write even a single character or forgot to close an HTML tag….
So I’ll be looking forward to have some automated process for correcting the output html according to XHTML standards and will then try to integrate it into some plugin as a filter for the site….
But that might take a long time coz of exams, so if you find anything that can do that, just let us all know….

@Slim0123,My blogs home page was valid, but after doing some minor changes it become invalid
.Many plugins make our blogs invalid .. themes are also not codded properly. Many times these error occurs due to incorrect placements of tags. So it is human error.Even if we forgot to add some closing tags..some times few tags encloses other tags so it becomes difficult to have some automated tool for this purpose. But still i think we should find it. I will let u know if i got some tools to do so.

Hey chetan, can u tell how 2 activate gprs directly in sim. There should b no requirement of proxy add. Or browser. My friends take 500rs. To activate gprs n it is working. If u know plz tell me.
