I think almost all internet users have Gmail account because of its simplicity and features, and people like me use Gmail for their regular use. I am using Google apps for domain to have mail id like this : chetan-gole-mail-id and also have simple Gmail account with 1stNameLastName combination. When Google launched Gmail it was available only for invited people, but now it is open to all and really have best features among other mail service providers. Just few days ago i have written a post on “How Gmail provides such a huge space for mail storage“.

I receive many mails from my blogs contact page, and also from other stuff. I mark few mails as unread to give them high priority for future use. So in thousand of “read mail”, searching for “unread mail” is very difficult. so here is the trick to get the direct list of unread mails in our Gmail inbox.

Just go to your mails search bar and type in label:unread and press enter, here you will get the quick list of all unread mails in your inbox. You can create short cut for this, just do search the term label:unread and from left panel of Gmail see for “Quick Links” and click on add Quick Link. You will get the direct quick link for all unread mails in your Gmail.

Sorry for late posting, i was busy in usual college and other stuff, i was on college tour to Goa, so unable to get time to write a post on blog. I also have exams from 30th Oct so i will be busy that time too.

also belated Happy Diwali…
